Cite a reading as Scuba Nearby Conditions, the site name, the observed time, the agency, and the page URL.
Each site page has the current readings. The same payload is JSON at /api/v1/sites/{slug}/conditions. Numbers in that file are SI. The unit is named on each field. The catalog is not offered as one bulk download.
Conditions are informational, not a dive plan. Check with the site or operator, dive within your training, and make your own go/no-go decision.
